Princeton Velvetouch Jenna Rainey Blooms Brush, Long Handle, Size 12 - Professional Artist Brushes for Mixed Media, Acrylic, Oil

I have many Princeton Velvetouch brushes that I like and this is no exception. Nice bristles - not too stiff, not too soft, no fallout. Brush head is rounded so it’s easy to make round petals. The head is wide so I probably won’t use this brush on small pieces. The handle is much longer than any of my old brushes - no different for me to handle but something to be aware of. My other Princeton brushes came with a plastic cover to protect the bristles. This one did not. Including a photo to show this brush (size 12) vs. a size 8. Overall happy with my purchase and looking forward to using this brush.

This is a great watercolor brush. Princeton is a favorite brand of mine and this brush didn’t disappoint. The handle is the right size and a good value. These brushes can last for a very long time if treated with care.

Best brush ever for large, loose watercolor florals! It’s sturdy, beautiful, and the one I reach for most of the time! It holds its shape really well.

The brush is very nice, I like Princeton watercolor brushes and have a lot of them. My only issues is that they threw it into a box with no wrapping or protection along with several other items. Thankfully this one was not damaged but beware when buying sensative art supply items.

Princeton velvetouch is one of the best and this addition is no exception, it definitely makes painting blooms easier.

Really much bigger than I expected. Soft, great shape, and great quality but like 7”-8” long.

Il prodotto è buono, mi ha deluso il fatto che fosse arrivato senza il cappuccio di plastica che protegge le setole solitamente tutti i pennelli vengono forniti così! Sono stata fortunata perchè le setole non si sono rovinate durante il trasporto cosa che mi è capitata con un pennello W&N acquistato proprio in questi giorni con Amazon e che è finito direttamente nel cestino ! Comunque il pennello Princeton lo sto usando e fa bene il suo lavoro !

Comme tous les pinceaux princeton celui ci est tout aussi génial! Parfait pour la création de motifs floraux. Cependant, j’ai payé 26€ pour un pinceau(pinceau à 20€ et frais d’envoi à 6€ malgre que je sois cliente prime), le prix est descendu à 10€ 4 jours plus tard (frais de port offerts aux clients prime)… le vendeur a refusé de me rembourser la différence, j’ai donc payé 3 fois son prix, et si je veux le retourner les frais de retour sont à mes frais (malgré que je sois cliente prime) C’est dommage, je n’achèterai plus auprès de ce vendeur !!

This is a really good brush and it is well-made as are all Princeton brushes. However, the shipper just placed the brush in a shipping envelope with no protection for the bristles. The bristles arrived splayed. I put some dish soap on the bristles and let it dry for a few days. That helped, but I had to cut a few bristles off that were completely sideways.

Trop long pour l'aquarelle. Je l'ai coupé et c'est mieux!

The brush is really nice for creating floral watercolour pieces but I would be wary if you’re thinking about buying from this seller as they had nothing protecting the brush! Luckily it didn’t get damaged but very poor decision on the sellers end.
