As a network engineer, mobile connectivity is extremely important. I just recently bought my first iPad (10th gen), a type C to gig-e adapter, and magic folio to save my expensive MBP from damage when traveling or working at various tower sites. I’ve used various keyboard/touchpad combinations with android devices over the years, but am amazed at how powerful the iPad/Folio combo really is.I thought the folio would be a lot more flimsy, but it serves its purpose, and does exactly what I need it to do. The shortcut keys and special apple buttons make using this iPad simple, without fumbling around to open menus. I couldn’t be happier, and am extremely happy with my purchase, despite the device being ~$250.

This is the Rosette Stone for iPads. Great cover great keyboard and zero hassle to take your iPad off and then put it back on. Cuz there’s times you must have the external KBD and other times you are chill’n and the KBD on the screen is perfect.You deal with the price of Apple products once. At time of purchase. After that you don’t have to worry about COST.

There is every thing to like about this iPad it is great and I would highly recommend

Returned it and went with the Logitech combo touch folio. The Apple keyboard is $100 more in price and offers very little protection.

If you’re looking for something that works with the iPad so that it’s like a laptop, keep looking. This is not a one piece product, and the magnets that are supposed to keep the iPad in place are tiny so the iPad can fall off quite easily. It works best if you are placing it on a table. This keyboard does not light up. The positive point to consider is that it works immediately with your Bluetooth and the keyboard is east to type on. I had a typecase for this iPad which has some nice features, although the first one only worked for about 2 months before the keys did not type the correct letters. I got a replacement and it would not pair with the iPad. I got a second replacement and neither would it. So is the Apple keyboard better than its competitor? At least it works. But it isn’t worth the price.

I was sorely disappointed that the photo is not the keyboard that I received. It is incorrect so if you are hoping to get the photo in the pictures you will not. I do like the keyboard but I’m giving three stars because this advertisement is totally false. Apparently the photo in this advertisement is only for the iPad Pro and not the iPad 10th generation. It does not hang suspended and it does not have a charge port in the side. Hope you read this before you purchase. When I purchased there was no reviews.
