Listing does not state ingredients.** A: They are made with wheat flour but say they may contain traces of egg. A bunch of other oils are in it too, vegetable, rice, soybean, sunflower, etc. I would say they taste like wheat noodles even though they're lighter in color, like egg noodles. **Q: I didn't see an expiration date, how long are these good for?** A: I purchased the end of February. Mine had an expiration date of 0823. I put the unused ones in the freezer.
