I don’t normally review but this helped me sleep last night. It stayed cool for hours and can turn over when you need it cool again.Would recommend

They only stay cold for a short while for me, I’d say less than half an hour, but whilst they’re cold they are really really helpful. Also ideal for swollen joints. Works as well as an ice pack but never too cold like ice packs can get.

This is great value for money.. it doesn't leak. It's smaller than a bed pillow but fits perfectly.. disappointed it gets very warm very quickly.. comfortable

Despite this, they’re a convenient and lightweight option, perfect for slipping into my bag and using as a makeshift laptop mat when I’m out and about. While not a replacement for active cooling methods, they’re a practical and versatile accessory that works well for my needs in a university setting.

I struggle with restless feet at night - as soon as I lay down the feet start tripping! I just can't stop moving them! So, i bought these. Needed them to stay cold as long as possible so put them in the freezer (I think it's water rather than gel in them - as it actually freezes/ice crackes) and then fits perfectly in the bottom of a pillow case, folded, and just put at the end of my bed and rest my ankles/feet on it. I've had 3 absolutely fantastic nights sleep!I would prefer to have gel which doesn't freeze but I only paid a little over £6 for the two so that's fine - and good value for money. I do expect (if I keep freezing them) that they will split at some point but for now, absolutely IDEAL!

These pillows are fantastic for helping cool you down during the night. For ladies of a certain age or people who overheat during the night, then I highly recommend this product. I tend to use these at the bottom of the bed by my feet and lower legs but you can pop them into a pillow case.

Good job I have received a refund for it, as even a replacement matts, have barely any gel in it, which is so thin that runs to be bottom of the matt, leaving majority of the matt empty plastic sheet that certainly doesn't keep me cool. Useless

I'm currently experiencing hot flushes following treatment for prostate cancer. Hopefully these will pass with time but at the moment they are worst overnight. I would often wake up bathed in sweat.I was looking for anything that might help and these were cheap enough to give it a try even though I didn't really expect it to make a huge difference if any at all.I put 1 of these inside my pillowcase on top of my pillow. I don't know how it feels so cold without being cooled in anyway it just does. I also don't understand how just cooling the side of my head has such a dramatic effect on the hot flushes.The pack says the effect lasts for 3 to 5 hours and that seems about right. I keep the second one close to the bed and if I wake up in the middle of the night I swap them over.If you are suffering with hot flushes I really recommend giving these a try.
