Great seaweed
Very happy with my purchase. These rehydrate into surprisingly large sheets of seaweed, just the right size for noodles or soup. You can just throw a few into the water when cooking ramen, no need to pre-soak them, very convenient.

Lovely snack
What I do is I add just enough water to cover a handful from the pack in a bowl... leave for 5 or so minutes with a plate on top, Remove plate..drain all the excess water.. optional but cut up the seaweed with scissors.. next place onto a baking tray, grind over some Himalayan salt and into the oven.. it will turn crispy again and delicious, just 5-10 mins in the oven until crispy

I have used Chinese sourced sea-weed but thinking about pollution I have now switched to Japanese sourced WAKAME . And a little goes a long way.
