I like this product. It is good, but hard to find outside of amazon (hence the price). I am diabetic and very much appreciate the sugar free. It also tastes pretty good. I use it on my salads mainly. That is basically the consistency. I would not call it a dipping sauce, way too runny. That would be one of my three issues with it. First, it is too runny. Needs to be thicker. Second, it's pretty tame for mustard. A little bland. Third, way too expensive for what it is. I really like the product even with those issues. I just doctor it a little, but it is expensive. I try to get it when it has a discount or something, of course I have only seen it in a store once so...
