Most days I just use it once a day and many days I have not used it. However, the appearance of stretch marks is difficult to avoid if they are in your genes. Almond oil is very good also for cuticles and to make your nails stronger, particularly if it slightly warm and you keep your fingertips after your manicure. I am also using it for pregnancy perineal massage. I do not enjoy that, but don't think it is due to the oil!
