This handy wasabi is very useful.While cooking, or when you eat, you can adjust the amount how spicy your next bite is.I usually put wasabi in fermented beans(natto 納豆) in stead of mastered (カラシ) and rice soup (お茶漬け). But I tried this dish this time!I stir fried kale with this wasabi, sesame oil, sesame and soy sauce. It’s great and quick appetizer or side dish! I put some with my steak in stead of spinach this time.I put wasabi on my steak as well. The harmony is the best!!!

This wasabi reminds me of the wasabi I was eating when I lived in Japan. I love the firm spiciness and aroma of this wasabi. I really like the taste! It has good flavor and good level of spiciness. I use this wasabi for everything! sushi, salad dressing, seafood and meat. I can’t live without this kinjirushi wasabi from Japan!! It was easy to use. I highly recommend this wasabi!
