Higher in protein than standard rice slightly, more fiber better flavor although it does not go well with all things, it can also be used to dye things purple

Excellent black wild rice. Use it to make a wild rice, chicken and vegetable salad. Received enthusiastic reviews from guests. Good texture and taste when cooked correctly. Good source of fiber.

I have used this product for a while and find it very tasty and predicable to prepare! I usually mix it with brown rice mix, but it’s also great just plain.

Good value on real MN wild rice rather than buying expensive, teeny-tiny packages that don't make enough for a bird. I keep it in the freezer and can make as much or as little as I need at a time. Excellent quality. I have not opened this package yet but was very satisfied with the first and have no reason to think the new package will be any different.
