I cannot tolerate stevia or monk fruit as well, but this blend agrees with me 100% and tastes good without any additional sweeteners.  So no, there are no sweeteners in this!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like it but ..

So I am thoroughly enjoying this mix and I am finding it slightly helps with mood since work has been miserable lately and I am able to kind of shrug off my day when I get home rather than ruminate on it; however, I mix this blend into my coffee mix which consist of Clevr's coffee super latte, chocolate collagen powder and malt chocolate Ovaltine (I have deficiencies and immune issues). I also add agave sweetener and an oat milk creamer I'm fond of but honestly the concoction I've come up with is IT for me. I haven't tried this product alone. I have tried the lavender blue spirulina blend by Blume on its own and I must say I'm very fond of that one as well. It really helps to calm and relax me before bed and I love the ritual of it. Tastes great with vanilla almond milk too. No sweetening needed. It is more like a tea though whereas coffee should have a more robust profile so to others trying the coffee like mixes on their own, I'd suggest using it as an additive to another blend rather than using this blend as your coffee mix. Just my recommendation.
