Enjoyed this quiz book!

I purchased the kindle version of theis book, with my unlimited account. The book is full of facts that were used in the QI program. However, in the book, it goes into more detail about each interesting fact. At times, I felt that the depth of detail, was a little too deep and went on too long, to fill out a third book of QI. If there is a fourth, yes, I would get it, in the hope that it is more like the program, and more lighthearted. this feels more like a downgraded encyclopedia.

Bought as a gift and very pleased with it - it's an good mix of general knowledge from the TV show and more. Easy to dip into and very entertaining, it covers the usual highbrow areas of classical music, literature and so on but also fetches it into the mainstream with current and recent events and social commentary. It's not got massive breadth with less than 200 facts, and then some of these are already well known from the TV and other sources but it's still well done and entertaining which is what it's setting out to do Recommended

I bought a few of these for my husband's birthday. We love watching QI together and he adored getting the books!

I live in the states and I started watching QI online. I love this series. I started getting the books and I have loved learning new things. Despite knowing that at some point that these facts can change (they do all the time), I know that there are things in these books that will not change at all. I have already used questions from this book and other QI books to test co workers and have left them either dumb founded or intrigued. The information is fascinating and you learn a lot. I cannot wait until a bigger volume of this book comes out (as they have done for the other two QI books), and I hope they do more that just three because I think we could benefit from learning more nowadays. Personally, I wish they would also come out with updated versions of the book for those facts that they had correct at the time but have changed as we get new information. I would definitely recommend this book and get the other two as well.
