These are the B*******cks.I had to write this review after seeing other complain about taking 3-6 tables, these people clearly haven't tried other CEE supplements, powder form it tastes horrible, stronger after taste than drinking paint stripper straight... Sorry cheap vodka 😅, as for other tablets they're usually huge, or get stuck and start desolving in your mouth again leaving a nasty taste ike the other powders.ProsSmall tablesThey have no taste to themValue for moneyMost importantly... I was recommended this creatine as I was using a monohydrate creatine and it didn't agree with me leaving me feeling groggy. I switched to this and I've had no negative side affects. I use this for combat sports training and it greatly helps my recovery. Comes at a good price too.

Been using this for a few weeks now and the effects are visible.Every week the weights I lift go up by 5-10kg, for barbell deadlifts, squats and benchpress.I am using this together with protein and pre-workout Vitamins for energy boost. I find this as a good combination as the vitamins give quite a bit of energy to go crazy while the Creatine supports strength. Even when used with Protein shakes this gives me no stomach bloating and no other stomach related issues I used to get from normal creatine.Ace product, will be ordering more when this one runs out.

Definitely worth getting and easy to swallow. The CEE makes the creatine easier to absorb and not liver dependent so you can take when ever you fancy (I.e. monohydrate has to be loaded and taken daily).I genuinely notice improvements but of course only with max strength.

Haven't noticed anything different yet as it does take a while for these to start working. Just make sure you drink plenty of water while taking these.Second batch of these tablets and would say they do work. I take 3 before and after my workouts so 6 altogether. I recommend drinking plenty water while taking these. I usually drink between 2-4 litres a day and haven't noticed any bloating. My strength and endurance in the gym doing eother weights or cardio and seem to be going longer and lifting heavier weights. They are definitely a benefit and think they will help most people out while training.

Kinda hard to review a product that has a very slow effect, so all I can say is...- They arrived quickly,- the tablets are well formed and they come in a good strong container.
