Not received but replaced. Excellent product
The product originally delivered was a mailer envelope much too small for the product as can be seen in the picture of the second delivery of the replacement. When this delivery was opened it had a bottle of Amazon cough medicine but the original label stating the package weighed 6.5lbs. Amazon support made me return the cough medicine delivery and reorder the product since they could not do a direct replacement since the product delivered was stolen in route. Once the replacement was delivered it was very easy to install and replaced an octopus of excess cables from my previous one with individual cables (included) so I only had to use the ones necessary. It is silent and powerful.

Great Quality PSU from Gigabyte!
This was my first time buying a PSU from Gigabyte and I was upgrading my Graphics Card. I was a little hesitant considering I've read on Reddit and other places that there were some Gigabyte models that caught on fire, etc. (I'm sure you may have heard about them)After doing some research, I've discovered that the problem was discovered and rectified. That was an older model. They fixed the problem and re-worked the design and released this model and named it UD for "Ultra Durable".As of the writing of this review I have had NO problems with my 750 watt PSU. It came with all cables I needed and is fully modular. Everything hooked up and installed like a breeze. If anything, I would think since that happened in the past, they would make SURE that these PSUs were good considering the scrutiny they would face.Everything I've seen from this PSU has been nothing but good. Feels and looks like a quality PSU should. I can definitely recommend this model. This PSU got a "B" score on the PSU tier list and is one of the most affordable Gold rated ones you can buy from a reputable brand made with quality components. If anything happens I will update but so far so good!

Runs Quiet, includes a wide variety of cables
At this time completely satisfied. It was pretty easy to install except for the CPU cables. The clip on the motherboard side is fairly bulky and I has some difficulty getting them to clip. My case has a removable plastic port in that area, I unscrewed it and was able to finally get the clips to lock then screwed the port. The selection of cables was more than enough for my system and even includes two Molex cables. Which came in handy as I was able to replace two SATA to Molex adaptors and use one less cable.Only other issue was the gauge of the cables made it harder for cable management due to the thickness and less flexibility than the cables on my old EVGA 850 Watt PSU.

2/10 experience.
To establish ethos: I build computers, servers, and switches for government contractors which are used on oil rigs & boats, in jets & autonomous vehicles, and more. I also build gaming computers on the side.Customer service response time takes around half or a full business day to respond. (This is good).I began by informing Gigabyte’s customer service (Gigabyte support) that their power supply came dead on arrival. I told them I made certain everything was plugged in and the power switch was in the “on” position. I tested the unit with a different power supply and had no issues powering the unit.Their response was an apology for the unit not functioning. They asked me to verify the unit was installed correctly (which I had already mentioned I did in the original message). They then said to return and order a new one.I returned and ordered a new one.The second power supply also came dead on arrival. I contacted customer support again. They told me to take it to a computer shop to verify I assembled everything correctly. They also said to return it and get a new one if it still doesn’t work.I established my ethos and told them I know what I’m doing. I had also reiterated from a previous message that other power supplies have been working with the unit. I made them aware I was going to go buy a different power supply from a different brand since the only solution they’ve provided me is to keep getting new ones and try again. This time they asked me to perform a paperclip test (stick a paperclip in pin 4&5, the power and ground pin). If the fan runs then it means the power supply works. The motherboard works and I already established this in previous messages. Doing the paperclip test won’t provide any additional insight in this scenario. (This is because there is already a closed circuit to check if the power supply works).I did the test anyways since they wanted to know the results. The power supply failed. I told them the results. Their response was I got unlucky and got 2 bad power supplies in a row. They told me to return it and buy another.I informed them I will return it and buy a different power supply from a different brand. They thanked me for my update and ended communications. The 2/10 points they get were for timely responses and not being rude during correspondence. Everything else was terrible.

Worth it
This Power supply works as advertised for my microAtx build. Easy to install, cables are nice(they’re fully modulated so ofc). There is minimum to low noise, you barely notice my pc is on unless there’s a game absolutely demanding much power it’s still not concerning. Great value PSU. I recommend it. 5 stars cuz why not

Works great, but fried a component
This works great and it's nice to have something providing the correct amount of power to my build. Unfortunately, after install and double checking everything, when I turned it on the supply fried my HDD. I'm lucky it was only for storage, but I lost a lot of data on that drive as it was my backup and media drive. All in all it works great, but beware.

Was DOA.
Not Much to say. This was my first time buying a Gigabyte PSU, and probably my last. After a new build using this, It would not boot. I tested it and the 12v rail was dead. I sent it back for a refund and got an ASUS PSU instead.
