I am taking this krill oil supplement for the omega 3 without the mercury and without fillers. Antarctic Krill Oil capsule is easy to swallow and does not give me an aftertaste. I recommend it.

took a while to feel the effects compared to the fish oil i was using before but i feel the energy now & my joints less stiff....a bit smelly but it's Krill, so....

I originally purchased the Oceanutra Krill Oil as it was advertised to not have a fishy smell or taste and also needed to increase my good cholesterol, lower my bad cholesterol and lower my triglycerides. I can attest to the fact that this Krill Oil did exactly what I needed it to - proven by my blood work results. Although the bottle inside does have a mild fishy smell, it's not as bad as other brands I've tried. I did make the mistake of taking this without food and I had fishy burps for the day. TAKE IT WITH FOOD! I am a woman who is extremely sensitive to fish smells to the point of nausea BUT I'm able to successfully take one capsule per day. Most other Krill Oils have a serving size of 2 or more capsules per day- I don't know about you, but less is more in my opinion. After doing a lot of research, I came to the conclusion that Oceanutra Krill Oil has all the right ingredients and desired quantities of each. Great product formulation. I was looking for a biofilm disruptor protocol support Krill Oil which had not only Astaxanthin and Choline, but the harder to find Phospholipid form phosphatidylcholine. Well packaged and no fishy taste.
