Undistinguishable sound/noise
Not really value for money . Yes it does make a noise… but animal noise is indistinguishable. Grandaughter likes it as it does make a noise when tipped upside down, so she gets a response from her actions. Wouldn’t buy again .

My 2 year old loves carrying this around and shaking it. Personally I don't think it sounds much like a cow, but if it keeps her happy, I'm happy.

Disappointingly short 'Grr'
It looks good and will amuse a child for a short while but I was disappointed with the duration. I expected at least a 3 second 'Grrrrrrrrrrrr' but only got a 'Grr'. Less than a second long.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I tried a different one before this - Country Moo Cow Can - and it was nothing like this classic toy. It's just like the old fashioned one I had as a kid and makes the same noise mine did. There are a variety of animals on the outside of the "can" and really I think you could mistake the noise for a cow or a sheep (some breeds of sheep anyway). It isn't supposed to make all of the noises. This is going to be perfect for my little one year old who enjoys examining things and making them "make noise." The construction makes the toy feel authentic. It isn't made of the cheap materials that the first one I bought was. I'm really happy with this and excited to see his face when he pulls it out of his Easter basket!

I was expecting a well-made product with a great sound since I picked the product that cost the most. Nope. When it does make a sound it sounds more like a dying calf and not a cow. Not worth the money. The overall quality of the packaging is good, I am just disappointed with the sound. Since Amazon now makes returns a pain in the ass I will eat the cost.
