I think it’s wasn’t full.
When I revived Tsubaki treatment,I thought it’s not heavy enough and I put it on scale, it was 200 gr or 2.2 pounds,I’m using it now ,and will scale it again. No way package weighs 20 g. Because the product should be 180 g. I used it only two times and I have short hair ,it’s less than half now .I want use your company in future,it’s to sad I love that product from Japan,from you I order first time .

More than half empty when arrived
The product arrived more than half Empty! I noticed as soon as I grabbed it. I check with a flash light and yes… there is barely any product there.
