I used this one night to tape my breast and make my stomach smoothe in a gown. It did really well never came undone. Even dancing and eating. But I only had it on for about 5-6 hours. However I did not follow directions when removing and it did peel off tiny spots of skin, which is my fault! So I am not removing stars on my error. But it worked and I have more in the event I need that again and would reorder in the event I needed it again. I can’t speak to using it for pt but it sure works for breast tape.

I mainly bought this product to to tape my face(I mistook it for a similar product). I assume it’s for a different purpose but I used it to tape my forehead especially during studying. It was very effective in my case. Sometimes I bloat to hide my stomach I am guilty of using it as a tummy shaper and it worked for me. The point is I used it for multi functions, because the stickiness was great, for whatever purpose you are buying it, definitely worth the cost, oh and I also used it to tape my mouth while sleeping (TikTok trend😩) it worked for me perfectly. Be careful the stickiness is pretty strong and may hurt if you are not careful. I hope this helped!

Definitely helped alleviate a lot of knee pain for leg day, the ends tended to fray slightly but I think that's the fault of my scissors rather than the product

This is one of the best medical products that that I use. Keep things in place always. Very comfortable but don’t take it off toFast. Dampen it with warm water upon its removal if it’s used directly on your skin.

This is my first purchase of kinesiology tape so I have nothing to compare it to. That said, this product is easy to use. It sticks well to the skin without irritation and is relatively easy to remove without leaving much if any residue. I've tried it for lower leg discomfort and thought there was improvement in symptoms while exercising with the tape on. It stays put for several days, even if subjected to soaking in a hot tub. The two roll pack is priced right. The thickness and stretch of the tape seem ideal although I have not tried any other product for comparison. I am happy with this first time purchase and appreciate using it from time to time.

Easy to use and works perfectly. Not too thick or too thin. A little painful to take off but that is expected with any brand of tape. Long lasting adhesive and good quality as well. Very comfortable.

Tape is good for the most part. I have found it leaves a slight residue, especially when comparing to other KTape. So be weary of that, especially if using it as mouth tape.

Bought this to use on my thumb - de Quervain's tenosynovitis. I'm tired of the spica splints. I put it on yesterday, and it's gone through baths, getting wet and even partial removal because it was a little tight and it's still sticking! Some of these tapes don't last too long, especially after getting wet, but this is. Will update on how long it stays on.
