Great workout set
All together, the bands add up to 100 pounds of pull. I got two larger carabiners just so I could more easily add extra cords on one carabiner. The plastic tube in the middle of the cords will help keep the cords from being damaged if they are wrapping around something or if you place your feet there. I'm using these for stretching exercises and am very happy with the design. The difference in the strength of each band depends on how many extra elastic bands are added to the inside of the cord. They are 'bungie' cords, but are well made and should last if properly used. They should not be stretched to the maximum length each time. Just adjust your workout so they stay under tension, not relaxed and not at maximum stretch.

Great workout set.
Been using these for about a month now. The build quality is excellent. They pack up nicely in a small bag and are super easy to pack for travel. Since the bands can be grouped together the tension can be really heavy. I mainly use for isometric resistance and keeping the 'older body' going and helping get into better shape overall.The condo-complex has a very nice gym but is closed because of COVID-19. This band set is a great substitute!
