Corporate banker husband’s indispensable tool
Bought as a gift for husband when his previous one died after over 2 decades of daily use. He wouldn’t be without this model, as it’s capable of very sophisticated financial calculations.

Folks, I am very satisfied with my purchased item which I received timely. As advertised, I received the HP 12 C PLATINUM FINANCIAL CALCULATOR in original package, small handbook with basic instructions and a CD with the whole manual (also battery). In resume, you can buy from these guys. Thanks

I personally have trouble reading the "f" function keys (which appear to me as red on black).
It's great to see the voyager series are still being produced but my original HP 11C "f" key was orange on black and very easy to read but the HP 12c Platinum is red on black and very difficult to read. Everything else okay.

Lighter and less robust than previous versions
Very strange - this was damaged due to compression, according to the supplier. It is lighter and felt less substantial than the previous version I had for over a decade, which could explain it. I bought a different financial calculator from a different supplier instead.
