This has got to be the best staple gun ever. Its easy to use, does the job well, nice to handle Over the years I have had several 'tackers' for those little upholstery and small repair jobs They quickly fail and take quite an effort to use on harder surfaces. Along comes this machine and for me Bosch can do no wrong! Don't waste money and time on a cheaper product - in the long run this little gem will reward your investment. Already used on upholstery, drawer repair and work in the garden

Was worried that this cheaper option might not be worth it but gladly was wrong, a fantastic piece of kit, sturdy, doesn’t jam and easy to use, so glad I didn’t go for a more costly product

Works well with great battery life. Needs a slight design change to make it far more useful. The upper bulge behind the head needs to go and the front to back distance needs to be lessened or tilted downwards. These changes would let it get into far tighter places. Finally an option to switch off the safety/pressure lock. Good unit, not too loud, far better than a hand powered stapler

Gives up after a while. Really handy and lightweight to use at first but gives up very quickly. Staple tray opens up on firing and staples shoot out. Actually a waste of money as Bosch are no help when you ring them. I think they know this product is inferior but continue to sell it.

This is an excellent hand stapler. used it to add netting to treated softwood frames to make fruit cages. put in 1000 staples over a 1m x 2m x3m cage and it worked like a dream. Unsure how long the battery lasts before it needs replacing, sofar about 5 recharges but eventually I will need a new battery or a replacement tacker. Used it with 4mm and 8 mm staples. 4 mm are great for fine work . 8mm for heavier duty. Its a good product and I recommend it.

Great piece of kit. I recovered a single bed and a headboard and this made it so quick and easy. I suffer with arthritis in both my hands and without this tool this job would have taken me days instead of the single day I completed the job in. No jamming and so easy to replace staples.

I bought this tacker primarily for upholstery projects, as manual staplers were getting to be too hard on my hands. The tacker casing is plastic, but appears to be quite robust, with a neat internal battery. It's light enough for a prolonged work session without being tiring to hold and the freedom from a trailing cable is great for upholstery work. The battery charge lasts well and the slightly extended 'snout' makes is easy to place the staple in the desired location, in all but the most restricted angles. When stapling into softwood and composites the staples drive home easily and entirely, however on an old chair frame with dried hard wood, some staples stayed a little proud at the crown. Staples were easy to load, fed through the gun cleanly and I didn't have any jams. Overall, I would recommend this tacker, but rate it four stars until I have know how durable it will be.
