This is a good steam mop. It’s easy to assemble and use. It heats up quickly, has a good cord length and cleans the floor very well. I am pleased with this purchase.

This is my second h20 steam mop. My first lasted 13yrs. I did try another brand but it didn’t have the triangular head of the h20 and therefore couldn’t get into the corners. My daughters have also bought the h20 and like myself they are very pleased with it.

Bought primarily to clean pale vinyl flooring in kitchen which is prone to showing every footstep, this worked much faster and more efficiently than hand scrubbing, once I got the heat level correct for that floor type (I had set it too low the first time, being cautious and not wanting to damage the vinyl). The jet nozzle was great for getting dirt out of the crevices in old uPVC window frames, you do need a lot of dry cloths to hand to wipe up the loosened dirt and dirty water as you go (I didn't have enough to hand the first time). On all the handheld tool functions the steam/power seems to come and go, I'm not sure if that's normal or not. Using the glass cleaning tool there was a lot of leakage which was difficult to mop up whilst continuing to clean, perhaps I'll find a better way to do it with practice.

Easy to assemble and use. Did a great job on our porcelain tiled kitchen floor. Haven’t used the attachments yet but feel confident it’ll work well.

Bought this steamer to replace the H20 x 5 that I had before which after many years of use was worn out. Everything about this steamer is good, the heat up time is very quick, cord length is very good and long enough to go into another room.

Fantastic mop. Extremely easy to use and even though you think your floors are clean, it picked up considerable dirt on the steam head.

So pleased with this so versatile

Worked a treat for a few months then stopped producing steam. Really disappointed.

This is a really good machine cleans the floor really well I’ve used it on my soft cushions furnishing just the Job. Very pleased.

This product is amazing, I haven’t cleaned the stove top in 9 months and this literally melted the grease. I have always hated cleaning but this feels like a toy so I am having fun. I haven’t used all the attachments yet and this was the second time I used it. Also use it on the highest power ( level 4) for the best effect
