The two hooks at the top that should hold the roll in use are not stable and don’t hold it at all. Ended up just taking them off and using the rest of the holder.*update* the company reached out to me after the initial review. Apparently, my original shipment was missing the screws. They sent me a new set up! The replacement unit is great as was the customer support team that contacted me.I highly recommend this unit.

This is an outstanding paper holder. We are still using up covid supplies, and in the shortage I ordered commercial toilet paper with no roller. It does not fit on my regular roller. This one is perfect. It holds the roll and makes it much easier to use. I also like the fact that the paper does not have to sit on the floor. The one problem I have is that the two arms that are inserted into the main unit to form the paper roller holder do not fit as the directions say. The instructions are to insert the rods far enough that predrilled holes match, then insert cotter pins. Maybe I just need a bigger hammer to get them inserted. As it is, the holes are about an inch and a half apart. Oh well, it works without the cotter pins.

It looks nice and does what it is supposed to do. It stores three or four extra rolls for us. The active roll is held on both sides, so you don't have that annoying problem where the roll falls off one side like with other "slide-on" type holders. I liked it enough to buy another for a second bathroom.

I liked the uniqueness of this item, in the way that it holds the toilet paper roll, but it's pretty low quality. The entire thing is very light, it's a bit wobbly, and the toilet paper roll is actually a bit hard to shove in there, which means that this likely won't last very long because the metal will eventually bend out of place.

So very cute, holds 3 mega rolls in Basket part and another on dispense area, easy to slide roll on and off, fits with farmhouse chic look. Easy to put together, light weight, great purchace

This a great in small spaces. Very study and it will hold an extra three rolls of toilet paper. Easy to put together.
