This stuff works! I noticed a difference in my nails in two weeks. Stronger, growing fast. My hair is growing faster too. I’ve used it before but got a cheaper brand that cut my stomach up. This one has no side effects. Definitely recommend it!

Reputable company quality supplements
I haven't used these yet but Bronson in my experience is a reputable company. I have bought vitamins from them before they do a lot of research. So I expect they will be okay

Not sure these were doing anything for me
I stopped taking biotin recently due to blood work my doctor said you should not have Biotin in your system before that so I've stayed away from it and I don't feel a difference so I'm just going to continue not taking for a while and see if there's a difference in my hair or skin
