This stuff works! I noticed a difference in my nails in two weeks. Stronger, growing fast. My hair is growing faster too. I’ve used it before but got a cheaper brand that cut my stomach up. This one has no side effects. Definitely recommend it!

Very good vitamin

On advice of my Dermatologist, I started taking this a couple months ago. Supposed to improved my easily cracked and broken fingernails. So far, can’t tell much difference. On the down side, this stuff makes you want to eat an entire cow! My appetite has been thru the roof. Luckily, I haven’t gained any weight yet. I am 65 years old an set in my ways…I rarely eat more than one meal a day. But if you are prone to food binges, ask your Doc if this is the best choice for you…

I stopped taking biotin recently due to blood work my doctor said you should not have Biotin in your system before that so I've stayed away from it and I don't feel a difference so I'm just going to continue not taking for a while and see if there's a difference in my hair or skin

I was using another brand for a while. It was the same mcg. This one seems to work better. My hair is holding up nicely. My body hair has increased as well.
