I bought this to help with lymphatic massage, and it works wonders. I start at my chest, go to my collarbones, then neck/face/shoulders followed by my legs, hips, and abdomen and back.I have chronic back, hip and neck pain and also get migraines. This machine really helps to loosen up my muscles to that they aren't straining my joints as much and help with my migraines.It's not terribly powerful for my hips and back where I feel like I need deeper massage but, for the rest, it gets the job done.The reason I'm giving it 4 stars:- The cord is fairly short. I have to sit or stand pretty close to a plugin in order to use it, which usually means sitting in the floor.- It's heavy/clunky. I wish it had a strap that went around the hand to help hold it, as it gets heavy after a couple minutes and, when it's turned up to the max, it's a bit tricky to hold on to. I think a hand strap would also make it easier to massage my own back and neck.Overall, good price for what you get.

You get what you ordered I haven’t used it enough to see a difference slightly saw a little difference, cause I used it on one side of my stomach
