These gummies taste really good and I often forget and have to hold myself back from having more. The texture is just like sweeties and is easy to chew.The gummies have lemon balm and chamomile which help to relax the mind. B vitamins help to keep the body hydrated also so headaches should reduce as a result. I've been under a fair amount of stress from big changes at work and I think there are peaks and troughs with how effective these gummies have been for me. Some days are better and I feel more at ease but other days I feel like there's no effect.I think these are great but with any herbal remedy is going to vary in effects from person to person. Worth trying for light stress I think.

With this product and others like it I went through a real phase of gummies, but I found over time the sugar was too much and undoing all the benefits. These are perfectly tasty and might suit others as a way to supplement but for me, I felt the sugar was becoming a problem and I was loosing out on any perceived benefit of them as a result. I don’t recommend any gummies with sugar as a result.

These gummies are very tasty and leave a pleasant after taste in your mouth.They are easy to chew and have a nice texture.You get a lot in the bottle for your money. Since using them I do feel less stressed but that could be a placebo effect!Either way I plan to keep buying them!
