I NEVER review anything but this dog bath truly saved my back. My 80 pound rescue GSD is a bit aggressive with other dogs. Horrible experiences with mobile groomers so I needed to do it myself. I've tried before but unfortunately that bending over kills my back. Wasn't sure I could get him to cooperate but he did great getting up the stairs (NOT on the first try but he pulled it off!) This thing was very sturdy both the stairs and the basin - and I had it on landscaping rock, not even the patio. The drain worked great and when it gets clogged with hair, very simple to just pull out the hair and keep going. Very easy to assemble - 5 min, and folds up with the stairs attached and lives in the closet. This thing is fantastic for the price - less than $200! You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing product! We bathe 2, 50 pound dogs every night before coming in the house. They play outside all day and get extremely dirty. This unit makes it easy and quick. It’s very sturdy and durable and a life saver on your back. The stairs make it easy for the dogs to enter and exit. We have been using it over a year and it is still solid. Would definitely buy again.

My only regret is not purchasing this sooner. What a convenient, revolutionary way to bathe your furbabies! I have a 13 year elder old pit mix, he weighs 40-50 lbs and has some signs of hip dysplasia and issues with the strength in his back legs. I always felt so incredibly awful putting him into a bathtub even with a mat because he struggled with slipping. This tub has helped us SO MUCH with bath time, both for his benefit and for mine. The tub is large, I’ve attached a photo to show you my pup in reference to the size with plenty of room to fill. Both the tub and stairs are so sturdy that it holds him without any issue, it’s SUPER easy to clean, and the best feature is that it folds right up and I just set it in my bathtub to dry. I’m also grateful they actually provide an extra tube for the drain - I just attach the extra tube to the one that’s already attached to the tub drain to extend it further so I can actually set up the folding tub in my bathroom so I can sit on the toilet lid while bathing him. Absolutely saves me from bending down so much! Don’t waste any time if you’re just considering it… BUY IT, it’s the best purchase I’ve made this year. Every part is also foldable so you can put it in storage so easily without it taking up a lot of space.

We found this to be an excellent alternative to the large plastic and metal tubs, for indoor use. It has been a back-saver as it's at a perfect height to fill, wash, empty, clean. We mostly used this tub while our large standard poodle puppy grew into her 55 pound dog self, but it would accommodate her at current 75 pounds as well. It was easy to set up and keep set up. We could fit it inside both our larger bath tub without the stairs and in the shower room with the stairs attached. A little tricky to fold up and takes up some space folded, but truly convenient. Stairs are well made, can be folded separately. (We never used the stairs as we lost everything in a disaster so the review is for the tub only). The material is clean, no weird odour or smell on arrival and after using. Water maintained a good temperature. The material thickness is decent and there were no punctures, however we bought a thick non-slip oval baby bathtub mat with drainage holes to place inside (one with suction cups). I recommend something like this to prolong the life of the tub, for extra cushioning, to keep nails from poking through and keep the plug covered. Side pockets are helpful for shampoo, bathing tools, chew toy. The safety strap was useful at first but took a long time to dry. The tub is stable when filled, set on a flat or tile surface, and puppy inside. The feet are very sturdy and make a wide stable base over the aluminium frame. Best set up for us was on the floor, rather than inside a shower or wet area. You could use this outside, in the barn, or travel with it. The main thing I would fault is the length of the hose which is not long enough for example, to set on the kitchen floor and drain easily into a sink. Although the current ad indicates two hoses are included, we received one only. We made our own attachment hose so we could drain the tub without getting the base wet (especially as the base is metal and could rust over time where the plastic stabilizer feet are screwed in). A longer drainage hose is also essential for continual draining while using a sprayer hose for bathing and rinsing. Super easy to clean and spray down. This could last a long time as it is well made, and I would order again if needed.

I love this dog bath! It's so easy to use and it fits my 65-68 lb. Aussies. They love baths, walked right up the stairs with no problem. I didn't need to leash them because they are obedient to stay put. They have enough room to turn around, and are not cramped in any way. I used in my kitchen/ sink sprayer with tote underneath to catch water. I turned water on and off to use less water. The drain plug works well, and when hair clogs it, it's easy to grab out to drain faster. So easy to clean up, towel dried the inside and out and folded to store. Everything worked perfectly - I read the directions before hand to make sure I was setting up correctly. Very happy dogs and Dog Mom!

We love this. My 70 pound baby tries to run from the hose to the point where I was unable to wash her completely. Got this. Taught her how to walk up the steps & now bath time is a breeze. It is clunky & does take a minute to set up, but it is worth it. So much easier on my back. I wish I had bought it sooner. It does need to be on a mostly flat surface. I’m actually on a little bit of a slant & I just make sure it’s completely stable & the drain hole is on the side it’s slanting. I do have to repeatedly unclog the drain (thank goodness it has a hair catcher) as I wash the dog. Which can be annoying, but hey it continues draining & my dog’s feet aren’t stuck in water. So it is what it is. I do hold it just in case while my dog shakes in the tub. But so far it hasn’t had an issue with it (& trust me she has shook in it a LOT). I haven’t tried towel drying her off in it yet. If I can remember to update this with whether or not it worked I’ll let you know. The collar is a must to make sure your dog understands it can’t just jump out. Although if they get desperate enough they might try anyways. So I would never leave them unattended in it. I have had mine jump out when I wasn’t fast enough to get the collar on. She was thankfully fine, just scared me. I don’t think I’ll beable to use it when it’s 50 below out (I only use it outside). But it is perfect for the summer/spring.

Honestly, I like pretty much everything about this portable dog bathing station! Our dog, Bella (a 46-lb Aussie shepherd mix), has always been good about jumping in the bath tub BUT my older back just could no longer bend over the side of the tub without being in agony for hours after. This truly is the answer to a prayer!! The legs are very sturdy, the steps do NOT give out under the dog's feet & they have cute little non-slip dog paws all over them! Assembly was very easy using the enclosed step-by-step instructions. The side where the steps are (which also lock in place while using the tub) folds down for easy entry & exit. The handle in the middle of the bathing area makes for easy fold-up once bathing is done. There's also a collar that's attached to both sides of the bath with a length long enough so the dog doesn't feel trapped. Although I didn't use the two pockets, I just kept the bathing supplies right in the tub with Bella, having them there is a great option (they even have drain holes). I would say the ONLY thing that was a bit of a challenge is, once your dog is in the tub, when you go to fold up the entry side it can be a bit challenging as now the dogs' weight in the tub comes into play. Also, I kind of wish the drain hole was less deep as it can be a bit tricky getting out the hair while bathing is in process. We bought a hand-held shower sprayer (connected to our laundry sink) that has a toggle on the handle to shut the water off while shampooing & easily toggle it back on with soapy hands. The drain hose is plenty long enough, too! After searching for a solid month & looking at many options online, I'm SO GLAD I decided on the Furesh Big Dipper portable step-up bath tub!! If, like me, your back screams in pain at the thought of giving your dog a bath in your bathroom tub, you'll do well to check this option out! You still bend over a bit using this but it's not nearly as bad. Happy bathing!

This thing is everything I was looking for in a bath for my two big guys. It is perfect. It’s sturdy and well made. I was really worried it would be a waste of money but it’s easy to fold and store, the stairs are easy to put on and my dogs- a cane Corso (90lbs) and a Golden Shepard (60lbs) do well in it. They are both a little skittish with baths and this works GREAT. We can put a little water in the bath to start and still fold down the side so they can walk in. That way it warms in the Sun a little first and we can wash them with that water first. Lots of options with this bather. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth the $$.

Très satisfaite de ma baignoire pour mon gros toutou berger allemand l attache pour chien au bain fait mais pour un chien plus gros pas certaine qu’on puisse l attacher. Je nai pas essayé l’escalier parcontre. Moi je le met parterre et m’assoie sur un petit banc pour laver mon chien. Cest très pratique et se pli en deux pour rangement. Donc ne prend pas trop de place.

Have only used this twice but my back is thanking me already. The dogs are happy to go in and have a bath: no squirming, no runaway soaking dogs. I’m sold.
