HIGHLY recommended!!
There are so many knife block sets on the market and it's really difficult to tell the difference until you finally get it home, use it and ultimately therefore can't return if you're not satisfied.I went with the theory that in reality I would only need 3-5 knives. Some block sets have 10+ which is ridiculous unless you really hate washing up.I've had various sets the past, including the use of a housemates insanely expensive Global knives. This Taylors Eye Witness 5-piece set are every bit as good. I've had them for 4 months now and they've been in daily use. They still slice through tough veg very easily and even though I bought them when they were at £35, I would still be happy to pay sub £50 for them today.EDIT: over 5 years now and they are still going strong! I've just visited amazon agin today to buy a set for a family member. HIGHLY recommended

Not made in England
Another of those manufacturers trading on miss representation, Taylors eye Witness a famous knife maker in Sheffield, apparently they make penknives in Sheffield, they do not make these, they may imply they do but that little label on the back that is always hidden says (Made in China) I will leave it there otherwise I could rant for ages and you will get bored.

Good but finish compromised after a few washes
Good product however after a few washes the knifes are showing signs of spots of mild rust. Normally cutlery doesn’t exhibit this type of deterioration
