This treatment is magical. I'll get a leg cramp about once every two months, late at night. Take a swallow of this and the cramp is gone in a minute or two. Yea, it doesn't taste very good, but diluting it helps. I've recommended it to friends and it works for them also. This does not prevent cramps but resolves them.

I don't always write reviews but this product needed one. Like many people have stated they suffer from severe muscle cramps. I also have suffered with them. I would never have believed this product would work. But it does. It stops the cramps before it gets started. The taste is not great but I guarantee you your cramps will stop. There is no way to know 100% if this products works. I do take it before bed at night. I believe it has some effect on my leg cramps, or may be the only source of relief. Since beginning my cramps are almost completely gone.

This product is GREAT!!! I first saw this on a youtube video where two men were talking about how great it is, and they sure were right. They said if you can't stand the taste to put it in a spray bottle and when you get a leg cramp, spray it on and it will go away in seconds, and it sure does work. I can't drink it because it does taste awful and it also stinks, but it sure does get rid of my awful leg cramps, and it doesn't have anything in it that might not be good for you, like other products you put on your skin for leg cramps, since you can drink this product, and it does work. I LOVE IT!!!
