Tekken 6 (PS3)

The story mode itself is a lot of fun, which takes about 10 hours to complete but the high number of players you can choose from and the graphics are incredible. This was my 1st platinum for the PS3 (out of 2) and to me this is the best Tekken in the series. I played, 2,3,5 (skipped 4). The only thing is that I miss the music from 5 in the menu where you choose the characters. All in all this is a complete package, much like Mortal Kombat though I prefer namco's Tekken and Soul Calibur series (and Soul Calibur V is a major disappointment imo). At least it's not Street Fighter which I just can't seem to play, althogh I love the anime they make! I'm looking forward to Tekken x Street Fighter and Tekken 7. Also, I finished this game back in August 2010 so this is a very late review. Good luck and buy this game!

how misleading this seller is, I orderd the tekken 6 pictured in the image and paid that bit extra, but when I received it it was the essentials tekken 6, I know its the same thing but still as a seller you should be more clear about your products and product image, very misleading and annoyed, wont buy from this seller again..............................

Great game although the online community is pretty dead for tekken 6 (trophies are still do-able though :P). To be expected for a 6 year old game. If you want a more populated online scene buy TTT2 or wait for Tekken 7 to be released. The scenario campaign isn't too dull as you can kit your character out with enhancement items which double up as customization looks, so the fun is to collect the really good items and optimise your stats for campaign mode or build a really cool look for your main character in versus mode, definitely better than the Tekken 5 version of the campaign mode. The versus mode is where the fun is though as the tekken combo mechanics are as fun and satisfying as ever.

Played this when it came out in 2009, and bought myself a PS3 just to play this one game again after almost 10 years. That's how cool the game is.

Another installment in the Tekken series, this was purchased purely for the 2 player mode. Like: Nice graphics Good choice of characters (though some are very similar) Don't like: Some niggling annoyances in the menu system (especially the sound effects Not sure how they continue to drag out a non-existent story line over 6 titles?!

Oh God its so bad. Weird camera angles, weird story and weird missions. I wanted old tekken. Pick a guy, do a tournamenty thing and win. This was just awful.

Good game, with all the classic moves and more. Not generally my cup of tea, but my wife is a big fan so was quite pleased. Didn't find the game too enjoyable because the difference between good and bad is a fine line, that and I generally am not very good at these games.

Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Ware ist sehr schnell angekommen. Bei dem Preis kann man wohl nicht viel falsch machen.

le jeux est bien fait et tout et tout le plus cool c est de pouvoir jouer avec ses potes quand ils passent chez vous car c est rare des jeux ou l on peut jouer a plusieur en meme temps , il n y en a pas tant que ca qui sont vraiment bien , et celui la defoule bien ! plein de combos a apprendre en perspective , le mode "histoire" "beat them all" est pas trop trop dure mais quand meme, je ne connaissais pas ce mode puisque jusqu a maintenant je jouais a tekken sur psp , et ca a ete une bonne surprise des tonnes de vetements et accessoires a gagner pour ameliorer le look et les "pouvoirs" de vos persos pas tres intuitif de changer les vetements , j ai finalement compris comment tout fonctionnait seulement vers la fin du mode histoire , mais une fois que l on a compris c est vraiment fun. vraiment beaucoup de persos deja tous debloques pour pouvoir jouer en versus contre ses potes en 4 ou 5 sessions je pense que l on peut arriver au moins a 50% 55% des trophes , apres ca complique ... en gros vraiment bien ,
