Seems to help makes me a little,sleepier than usual but I’m still sleepier than usual on into the morning ,, I can’t use it when I have another engagement the next morning,, but when I can sleep nand need to rest it seems to help ,e go to sleep easier..

It Works Great!
I wasn’t expecting much since I have tried many other items before this. I am so glad I tried it. It has been remarkable. It actually works to help me fall asleep and have a restful night. I wake up feeling refreshed.

Does not work
This oil did not work! I used it two nights in a row but it kept me up all night.

Don’t mind it, just wouldn’t re-purchase
It smells really nice, however, the fragrance is very light. I put it on my temples, behind my jaw, and on my wrist. Once I laid down, I could barely smell it. I pretty much had to have my nose right up against one of the places that I put it on. I ended up putting more on my hands since I’m a side sleeper, and it still wore off very quickly.

I have no idea how and why this works, but it does! I only use it when I’m feeling restless and can’t fall asleep. I’ll open the top drawer of my night stand, grab it and roll it on one wrist and both temples. I’m asleep in minutes!
