Comfort
Good value for money and good quality. Helped keep my feet comfy all night long, no painful feet. Have stayed stuck on my shoes and improves the fit of my shoes. Highly recommend

Good quality insoles
They are very comfortable insoles, but didn't help with the shoes I intended them for, they are heeled wedges. Though comfortable I found my shoes kept slipping off, as you have lost the grip at the back because of how padded they are. Not a waste of money they fit perfectly in another pair, low heel.

I struggled to get along with these. They're fairly comfortable for how thin they are but I didn't like the bit at the heel. It would catch and stick to socks/tights and I ended up cutting that section off because it was driving me nuts every time I went to wear the shoes I had them in. I also found that they did make the shoe more snug and I'm on my feet alot so it became uncomfortable across the top of my foot. Ok for occasional use but I don't think I'd buy them again.

These are very practical and add comfort.
I was grateful when these arrived. My feet didn't settle into my new shoes, but these made a huge difference to my comfort. They stuck well in place, and I've had no trouble at all since. They're worth every penny.

Ich habe die Einlagen für meine teuren Tanzschuhe bestellt, die ich im Onlinekauf leider 1 Nummer zu groß bestellt habe. Sie waren vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Meine Schuhgröße 38 habe ich auf 37 verkleinern können mit der 4mm Sohle. Ich habe sie nicht gekürzt einfach in den Schuh gesteckt und der Überstand hat in der Spitze gar nicht gestört. Der Schuh sitzt super, ich tanze damit Flamenco, rutsche hinten nicht raus und vorne drückt es auch nicht, erst nach 1 Stunde Tanztraining. Ich habe das hintere Ende etwas Höhe gestellt, damit ich keinesfalls rausrutsche. Ich kann diese Sohlen also nur sehr empfehlen .
