It doesn’t help with my plantar fasciitis. It was too hard.

I have spent a lot of money of different arch supports for my Plantar Fascitis and have finally found something that WORKS. I'm a size 7.5 and bought the Mediums. I have medium-high arches and these are on the high side - they work wonders for me though - I don't know if you have lower arches if they would be as comfortable. The adhesive is really strong so they stay put. I read an idea that instead of dedicating these to one pair of shoes though - instead use velcro so that you can swap these between shoes. I'm going to try that with this next purchase. I have a total of 4 pair of these in different shoes and want them in all of mine now - even though these aren't expensive if you have 40 pairs of shoes it could add up. :) These arch supports turn $8 cheap flats into shoes that are practical for walking to more than just your desk to the bathroom. I needed these to treat a flat foot brought about by an accident. They do provide a little support but for someone that needs high arch support, it may not be enough.

The product is well made but the arch support is very flexible and therefore provides virtually no lateral support for my foot. I do have high arches but looking at the construction I don't think they would be very supportive even for lower arches. I have used arch cookies before that were far more effective so I know decent support can be achieved with a cookie. Sadly these aren't supportive at all so into the trash they go.

When I peeled the paper off alot of the stickum came off with it. No way to attach now. Also, the rubber isnt like the rubber of old days, think 1960s. These were not as hard which some may like but I wanted what I grew up with. Wasted 10 bucks.

I like the support but I have very high arche; fortunately they sent 4 pads so I doubled them and now they work great. These are the best support I've found to date.

Easy to place in shoe.

I have a Morton neuroma which is an extremely painful foot condition. Arch support in all of my footwear makes an enormous difference and I use foot active insoles in trainers and boots. I have a couple of pairs of good quality sandals that didn’t offer enough arch support and of course an insole can’t be used in these. Decided to give these cushions a try and they are really very good! I was worried that they wouldn’t stay in place but I’ve worn my sandals a few times now and they haven’t budged. Very happy 😊

My wife has high arches. She's tried a plethora of gel inserts, but they typically come with a raised heel or don't raise high enough in the arch alone. This simply perpetuates the problem. At some point, she heard about pure arch inserts, and she's glad she tried them because the straight up work.•• Sturdy and supportive ••The inserts are sturdy. They are NOT a gel insert; they are firm, hard plastic. They provide the simple support my wife was looking for. She wears her ankle boots all the time now without issue. Obviously, these won't work for everyone's feet. My wife wears a size 8 and a half womens, and she is 130lbs. If you're anywhere around there, the mediums should provide an excellent fit (depending on the shaping of your arch).•• Note on adhesion ••The adhesive is STRONG. However, when you're first testing it out, you can still adjust it. My wife unstuck and re-stuck it 4 times in her current pair of shoes, and in her words, "They are really in there."•• How many do you get? ••This seems to vary. One reviewer complained about getting 3. I believe you're supposed to get 4. I ended up receiving 5 in my pack... so... somebody's doing a poor job of counting. If you get short-changed 3, send them back to Amazon; although, that doesn't seem to be happening often according to everyone else's reviews.•• Overall ••My wife recommends these. They do what so many pairs of inserts couldn't: comfortably support her high arches. She couldn't be happier and will be buying more.

These work well and I can now where my trainers. Only downside is the black colour is coming off on my socks.

Excellent insole as it completely reduced pain in my toes when I wear flats or any runners without good arch support. I have high arches, so a lot of the insoles are too thin or too soft for me. These insoles are the hard kind and high enough to give support without the shoe becoming too tight. I ordered 4 pairs and will be ordering more to fit in all of my shoes!!

I was unsure about these but they were quite low in price so thought I’d give them a go and I'm so glad I did! They stick on well and don’t move about. They feel supportive on my flat feet and don’t feel uncomfortable. I’m over the moon because it means that I can now have arch support in shoes I can’t use insoles in like sandals and slip ons! Definitely worth a go!
