Do not use balm
I ordered it to restore my favourite boots. I applied some product and let it dry for 15 min and it was beautiful. Before giving a final polish with wax, I decided to apply some leather balm. Stupid. Some parts of the shoes got darker and it looked awful. After some drying and waxing it got better, but not as good and even as before the balm. I'd appreciate more instructions.

Need some practice to use properly
Before placing an order, the purchaser must know that this is NOT an ordinary shoe polishing cream - it's rather acrylic paint (pigment) which fills minor scratches. Moreover, you may need more than one colour and mixing to make the exact colour you want.I therefore, think you'll need some 'trial and error' in the beginning until you get good results. Otherwise, the product itself is good.
