80 Tea Bags Lemon Balm Melissa Tea 4 Boxes x 20 Tea Bags

It helps me to fall a sleep and keeps me calm and chill. Recommend it to anybody who can’t fall a sleep or can’t sleep.

I usually add another herbal teabag e.g peppermint to aid digestion etc. Maybe there's better brands out there and this one is still pricey for what it is, as it's probably dirt cheap from wherever it's imported, but at least you get 80 teabags! Anyway, helps my sleep pattern tremendously and said to enable dreams. We also grow this plant in the garden for its nice lemon scent as flies hate it. This tea is well dried and has little scent, but still has a pleasant enough taste. Works much better than camomile tea which can makes my skin itch sometimes at night. Good relaxing, night time herbal tea!

It’s acceptable, but not as pleasant a flavour as my usual Floradix lemon balm tea. I still find that it makes me more relaxed after drinking it though, even though though I don’t enjoy it as much. It has a very mild flavour, barely detectable really. Just for info, the teabags are quite small and come without any tags on them so aren’t as easy to remove from a mug (you need to use a spoon). Good price but I would only buy this again only if Floradix was not available, and I’d happily pay more for better quality.

The packaging was poor quality, however the tea was very nice. You do not need to keep the bag in the water for long. Refreshing and smooth tea to drink.

We discovered Melissa tea by accident in Greece when we were looking for mint tea. Very helpful for digestion & to help relax. Delighted to find this supplier.
