I’ve tried many different mats for my yoga over the last few months, this is hands down the BEST I have had. I was close to purchasing a life form Matt, luckily I came across this! Absolutely fantastic, good thickness, and it really is NON SLIP! My hands no longer slip doing my poses/shapes, downward dog is no longer slippery. Actual GRIP!! I love the colour and the design to help with alignment too. It’s comfortable. And feels durable. 100% best purchase yet for my yoga journey!

This yoga mat is very comfortable and provides great support during practice. The cushioning is just right for joints, and the non-slip surface gives good stability even during more intense poses. It feels durable and easy to clean, making it a solid everyday yoga mat.

A decent mat which grips the floor well and offers good grip for hands and feet even when sweaty. Have used 3 times in the week since it arrived, for a full body dumbells workout, a bodyweight workout with some big movement patterns and a yoga session worked well for all and thw cushioning was extremely impressive for its thickness, miles better than my old mat without sacrificing stability. The only slight niggle would be it doesn't like to unfurl and if you want to take it with you it has no strap or case (not an issue for me as it doesn't leave the house)

The thickness and aesthetic of the mat is good; however, I find it not as “rubbery” as I expected and as a result I slip in downward facing dog. There is a pattern on the surface, but it doesn’t do much he job. I am a bit disappointed.

La superficie es suave al tacto pero con un agarre excelente, así que no se mueve ni siquiera en posturas más exigentes. El grosor es perfecto: ofrece comodidad para las rodillas y las muñecas sin ser demasiado pesada. Il tappetino Yogii è stata una rivelazione per le mie sessioni di yoga e pilates a casa. Spesso i tappetini economici sono troppo sottili e fanno male alle ginocchia, oppure sono così scivolosi che sembra di fare ginnastica sul ghiaccio. Questo modello, invece, risolve entrambi i problemi con un tocco di attenzione all'ambiente. La prima cosa che si nota è lo spessore di 0.6 cm. È la misura perfetta: abbastanza denso da proteggere le articolazioni durante le posizioni a terra (come il gatto o la panca), ma non così soffice da farti perdere l'equilibrio nelle posizioni in piedi. Il materiale in TPE è una scelta eccellente: è ecologico, privo di sostanze tossiche e, a differenza della gomma classica, non emana quel fastidioso odore di chimico appena lo srotoli. Ma il vero punto di forza è la superficie antiscivolo. Entrambi i lati hanno una texture studiata apposta: il lato inferiore aderisce perfettamente al pavimento (senza spostarsi di un millimetro), mentre il lato superiore offre un grip fantastico anche se hai le mani leggermente sudate. Le dimensioni (183 x 61 cm) sono generose, permettendo di distendersi completamente senza finire con i piedi fuori dal tappetino. È leggerissimo da trasportare, e la qualità del materiale fa sì che non si rovini o si "sbricioli" dopo poche settimane di utilizzo intenso. Se cerchi un compagno affidabile per il tuo benessere quotidiano che rispetti anche la natura, questo tappetino è la scelta giusta.

In passato ho praticato palestra per molti anni ed ho sempre e soltanto utilizzato tappetini Domyos (la classica marca "base" di Decathlon). A seguito di un infortunio alla schiena cercavo un tappetino che fosse sia più lungo e largo, sia più spesso. Riguardo a lunghezza e larghezza questo era perfetto, mentre per lo spessore non ero molto convinto ma, visto le ottime recensioni, mi sono detto "proviamo: se poi non vale il suo prezzo faccio un reso"... Infatti, il Domyos che avevo acquistato un paio di decenni fa per pochi euro (e vedo che ora ne costa comunque 9!), ha uno spessore di 7 millimetri mentre questo ne misura 6mm. Ma non c'è paragone: è davvero molto più confortevole! Quando sul Domyos mi capitava di appoggiare un peso, magari un manubrio, per quanto lo facessi con delicatezza si sentiva il rumore sordo del pavimento sotto il tappetino... questo invece assorbe bene il rumore: sarà anche 1mm meno spesso, ma il materiale è molto più compatto e, ciononostante, comunque morbido. Inoltre, una volta messo sul pavimento (piastrelle lisce), non si sposta di un millilitro: ottimo anche il materiale e le trame antiscivolo. Per uno come me che, l'ultima volta che aveva acquistato un tappetino lo aveva probabilmente pagato non più di 5 euro, il prezzo di questo mi aveva fatto storcere un po' il naso... ma lo sto già utilizzando da diversi giorni e lo trovo semplicemente PERFETTO!

Ce tapis de yoga est l'essentiel, agréable, non glissant, bon amorti, bonne dimension , léger pour transporter, joli coloris en violet, et le prix est plus correct, je recommande !
