I liked the extra storage and I liked that it covered up the ugly steering stem section, so it really helps function and good looks.Not sure if it is waterproof but I think so.The zipper facing the rider has a bit of s dimple when zipped shut, it does not affect function, but for picky people like me, I wished it did not do that.At first I didn't think it was going to fit because I have handguards on my Polaris and the mounting brackets seemed to be is the way, I did finally get it on by slipping it under the handguard mounts, but it was not easy. The instructions (I call them destructions) as usual were not at all clear.I do like it!
