I understand installation uses uv glue. if the tempered glass gets damaged, can it be removed easily? also, will it leave marks or damage the glass?

No it will not. I removed it just fine no residue or anything left behind. I loved it but I had a small hairline Crack where my finger print was so I had to removed the screen and get a thinner one.

How does this hold up to S pen usage? Other protectors say the S pen leaves little lines that don't self heal.

Hello there.. I use my spen a lot. I have never had any problems with it at all. My granddaughter uses a coloring book app, and it works fine for that too. No problems at all for me.
