Great toy my granddaughter loved it .

As a toy, this is quite difficult to play with as the floors are quite short/low and so not a lot of room to do a lot of playing in. However as a bit of fandom merchanise this is a very cute set that anyone who enjoys the show - child or adult - will instantly feel pleased to have this in their home.

Bought this as a present and was a little bit downbeat when it was opened as although it is quite large i think the number of accessories for the price was very lacking, it is sturdy and it does offer a child some entertainment, but if you are buying this dont get you hopes up too much that it will give everything you want.

If it wasn't for my two year old adoring this toy then it would have got one star.My/our likes:The toadstool opens the door - that's coolThe bed has a cut out space for Princess Holly (she comes with it)My toddler can easily carry it around with herMy dislikes:I paid £30.00 which i expect is full price, I am shocked that it can sell for that price, it's not very big at all and doesn't do much else than the toadstool opening the door.The roof comes off too easily, much to my one year olds satisfaction who has learned she can throw it to make the roof come off and infuriate my two year old which she finds highly amusing)I feel that it would have been better if the furniture was fixed, it's too small to fiddle about with the furnitureOverall I'm not that impressed, however there isn't much Ben and Holly merchandise and I have a huge fan, I expect the elf tree will be the same and that is next on the list as my toddler does love them. I would just put them in a much lower (£15-£20) price bracket.
