Worked great. Ithought I had hurt my spinal disk and needed surgery A smart Dr suggested I try this first..and it worked! I had just pulled the ligiment that attaches the hip bone to the spine. He ais to try this and Ill know in a day or two...he was right I didnt need surgery and after waring this for 2 weeks the pain went away. Remember it fits low around the hip bones ( not high aroudn the waist ).

This belt is very well made and super comfortable. It helps so much with my lower back pain and the now lack of, or seriousness of the pain I experience after a long day. I am 6’1 and weigh 207 and really appreciate having this while I’m working every day. No matter what the day brings, light or heavy-duty lifting, this is a back saver!!

It works well. Velcro very sturdy. Wish they had a med-large size. It's either too small, or too big.

I have another brace that is wider but it rides up. this narrower one stays in position better and stabilizes my lower back just as well.

I bought this brace to help with pelvic pain after childbirth. My spd continued and everytime I walk on a hill, it gets worse and then I can barely walk. When I'm wearing this I can do gentle slopes and not be in horrible pain afterwards. The downside is I've had it less than 6 months and the place where the second set of straps needs to grab is shot. So now those pieces bust off over and over again. I do really appreciate that this brace did not have to use unnecessary images to show how the brace works.

This is a solid belt/brace but the size runs a little big. They have the S/M (small/Medium) and for someone who is 5.4 and less than 120 lbs, it tends to be a little big/long, so keep that in mind. The quality is solid, high quality, and it provides great support if you have lower back problems/pains. I like that it wraps around your hips and not around your stomach, unlike the back brace/support belt.

You get for what you pay for it was okay but within two weeks it flip-flops didn't work no more and got into a twisted form that I never seen before

This belt has helped me lessen back and hip pain. It is easy to put on and is lightweight.
