Triple check every piece.
The bench arrived in a box that looked like it had been thrown several times. Initially I was going to just send it back. However I decided to go ahead and assemble it. One of the leg clamps was loose in one of the bags. Whew, I finally found it. Assembly completed. Oops I noticed a loose bolt. Went thru the entire bench and only half of them were tight. Please, please double check those. You don't want this coming apart with your loved one on it! Positioned it in our standard tub and adjusted the legs. With the legs in the tub at the shortest height and the legs outside at the longest height adjustment it's level. The bench seat is 7 inches above the tub wall so I anticipate water splashing on the floor to be an issue. The bench isn't hooked to anything so even with the suction cup feet it may be a little wobbly. I also installed a firm hand grip to the side of the tub. Proceeding with caution. Some safety concerns buy that may just be me being over protective. Again, check every bolt! On another note. The seller included a card saying please contact them before returning the product. It did not give a way to contact them.

Make sure you measure all aspects of you bath
Overall this is great. My mum can now get in and out of the bath with ease to either have a shower or bath. She uses the seat to aid her out of the bath as has limited mobility. Only issue with this seat is, her bath is a standard bath yet the outer legs didn’t reach the floor so we had to secure the feet to a wooden block to give it height
