Bracelet was given as a gift. There was a small issue with pins and resizing it but the seller gave excellent customer service and the issue was resolved quite quickly, they kept in touch to ensure we were able to properly resize the bracelet. The recipent loves the bracelet and the seller gets 10 stars in my book. Will definitely buy from them again.

The bracelet doesn't seem as effective as the 2 magnet I use to have. As for the ring all it has fone is loose its color on my finger. So my finger is black now. So bracelet decent, ring junk.

The small push pin broke

The adjustment device had a broken pin and after emailing the seller, I got a quick reply . The response told me that there was extra pins in the case and the problem was easily corrected. Nice customer service!
