I bought this item to experiment with how it impacts EMF exposure.When you receive the package, you need to resize the bracelet to fit your wrist.The resizing instructions were a little confusing, and when I used the screw to resize it, the product bent, and so I couldn't resize it.Therefore, I was unable to test how well the product actually worked.Perhaps the company can make a more durable screw as well as create clearer instructions by offering videos or using the same bracelet in the instruction manual as the one purchased.

Overall I will say this is a pretty decent bracelet.The color (blue) is great, the weight of bracelet is also pretty decent.The weight is about that of a sports watch on your wrist.The clasp at first is really hard to work at first but it loosens up and is easier after a few times of use. It still is stiff and the clasp doesn't come loose during wearing the bracelet.Adjustment is easy and all the tool needed is included. (It also includes additional pins if needed if you need replacements.)Overall a good quality bracelet for the price and will definitely purchase again.Secondly, customer service is top notch.Initially I ordered a different style bracelet, there wasn't any issue with it except for the width of bracelet.It was a little larger that I wanted or expected. Anyways I returned the bracelet and decided on this style which was with the width I prefer, not as wide.Anyways a few weeks after I returned the bracelet customer service (Feraco) reached out to concerning my return. I explained the the reason for return was it was a little too wide for my preference. They were understanding and provided me with a discount for next purchase. There was no issues with the bracelet, just wider than I wanted. The took initiative to address any possible issue and assisted me without me even contacting them. Customer Service and Feraco is above expectations in customer care.

Bracelet shows it comes in a box with cleaning cloth, shows that it has a link remover with it and extra pins. Not true. Comes in a plastic bag like it had been returned. No cleaning cloth, no box and nothing to take out links. Nice bracelet, but not as it portrays on the pictures. Worth about $10 most!!

En general, me parece un muy buen producto, con excelente acabado y materiales de alta calidad. La uso siempre, y no se me ha dañado. Altamente recomendable.
