Excellent product.
Allergy season is here, and I don;t know about you, but I tend to have extended periods of time, where I experience what I like to call, "the cruds". This necessitates the use of a neti pot, especially since I tend to get nosebleeds very easily. However this works better. One of the most important things you need to do when using an irrigation system such as this, is keep things sanitary. You do not want a lot of bacteria going up into your sinus and causing an infection. That is why you need to use distilled water. However this product takes it to the next level by providing a variety of attachments that you can clean easily. In addition to that, there are multiple settings to choose from. I recommend starting at the slowest setting and working your way up. Warm water works best, and I wish this product had a way to warm up the water. However, I was very impressed with its ability to provide relief to my poor sinuses. The price is right as well, at just under 60 bucks, which is what you are likely to pay for a similar product. The only issue was that the button placement felt a bit odd to me. However, that issue was small potatoes, since I could easily adjust the attachable heads to it.

worth the money
Generally, the product is worth the money. it's compact and easy to use. it could be better if the water cartridge is bigger. Anyway, worth the money.

Did not come with saline packets
Hurts like crazy. Used it for 10 seconds then cleaned it and put it back in the box. What a waste of money... It's non returnable!

Good pressure clear my sinus with no issues.
The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly to get the sinus out. It's like the netty pot but with an upgrade. I wish this come with the salt for the netty pot. Well, I have been using a netty pot for years, and is recommended to use good water I mean no tap water at all. I warm water in the microwave for 45 seconds then put the salt solution in the netty pot and place the water inside this device. This is important to avoid an infection using contaminated water. I can’t breathe well without cleaning my nose every Day. Good quality product recommended if you suffer from everyday sinus.

Leaky Device
I purchased this twice. The first one leaked sending more water down my arm than up the nose. I thought it has been damaged in transit so ordered another. It was worse than the first and unusable. It is unreturnable through Amazon.

Had No Idea What to Expect
I have dealt with sinus issues most of my adult life and have never used a nasal irrigator. The setup was pretty straightforward. It doesn’t come with an adaptor but it comes w/ the power cord. My unit was not charged upon opening it so I charged it for the full 3.5hrs before trying it out. I used the gray tip and after turning the power on it seemed to be at the highest setting so I had to adjust it to a lighter flow- it was painful and not comfortable at all… kinda made me have a burning feeling high up in my nose. It does, despite the discomfort, clear out the sinus and nose. I feel like I can smell better although I have a feeling like water is still stuck up in my nose (feels like I feel it slowly trying to dry as I breath hard through my nose) lol. This machine works and functions as it should. I have no complaints on functionality. I wish the lowest stream was a little less powerful so it wouldn’t be so uncomfortable. I overall recommend.

Its Rough
I used a Sinuspulse for 10 years and gave this product a try. I really like its portability, but all the modes are very rough on the my sinus.

Very effective and easy to use
This rechargeable nasal irrigation system works well. It comes with the device, user manual, charging cord, two nozzles, and 6 heads in 3 different sizes. The irrigation device stands 8 1/2” tall without nozzle attached, and is 11 3/4” tall with nozzle attached. It weighs 9 ounces without water, and 19 ounces full. The heads are easy to remove with a firm pull and re-install on the nozzle with a firm push. The nozzle attaches to the main device by inserting it in the top hole. To remove, you push the button at the base of the nozzle and pull straight up. The nozzle is adjustable 360 degrees, so you can switch nostrils and/or hands and maintain the direction you desire. This also makes it easier to aim the flow throughout your sinus cavity. The main body of the unit has the power button and intensity selector button. You have the choices of low, medium, and high pressure, as well as a pulse mode. If you press and hold the mode button the water flow changes from low to high flow. When you have the flow you desire, you release the button. The LED circle on the front of the device indicates which level you have chosen as well as remaining battery charge. Once you chose your cleaning mode, you press and hold the power button to start the flow. The buttons are easy to reach and change while comfortably holding around the upper grip area. The bottom 3 1/2” of the device is the water reservoir. It holds 300 mL or 10 ounces of water. There is a window in which you can see remaining water. You can either fill the reservoir through a spout located near the bottom of the back of the device, or you can rotate the device to unlock the pieces and lift off the top and fill through the upper hole. The straw which delivers the water has a weight at the bottom so it always stays at the lowest level of the water. The 5V 1A charging port is on the lower back of the upper part of the device. There is a separate silicone cover which must be removed for charging and replaced to keep the unit waterproof. The cover does not attach to the device in any manner, so care must be taken to keep track of it while charging. It has a 2 hole plug into the device, and the other end is a standard USB plug. It does not come with a charging block. I wish they had used a standard USB-C or Micro USB into the device, because you have to keep the charging cord in proximity to the device. A universal method to recharge would have been much more convenient. The instructions are clear and easy to understand with a minimum of typographical errors. It has clear diagrams along with written instructions. There is no saline included with this unit and the instructions don't address the use of saline. I had some on hand, so used that. For comfort and hygiene I would never use nasal irrigation without buffering with saline as well as using filtered/distilled water.I was able to remove some persistent congestion with this irrigation system. The multi-position nozzle and range of intensities and flows left me with a very clean-feeling sinus cavity that my neti pot was not able to achieve. I like that the unit has a curved grip with ridges near the top. It is very balanced comfortable to hold, even when it is completely full. You can separate the top and bottom to allow it to dry between uses. I found it very effective at clearing both sinus cavities with a single fill of the reservoir, even with it on the fastest flow setting.
