Will it hold a full size 1911

It should hold 1911.  I carry a .40 cal Glock 22.  Holds it just fine.

Me again, Why would you put this hard type plastic inside this Vest, Love everything but that craziness, thinking about returning.???

Not sure what you're referring to.  I own two of these vests, one of their jackets and one of their hooded coats.  I have absolutely no issues with any of them making any noise under any circumstances.  Proper installation and setup is key:
1. Follow their provided directions closely, specifically when it comes to mounting the prepped holster to the mounting pad on the vest/jacket.
2. Remove your fitted weapon from the holster.
3. Lay the vest/jacket flat ensuring no sleeve or other encumbrance is causing the mounting pad not to lay flat, with no wrinkles -- any "pockets" of open space or air between holster and pad could lead to some noise, but fortunately they added some stiffening plastic material that really helps.
4. Roll the holster onto the flat pad and press it in place making sure there is no area where the fabric is overlapping or wrinkles.  It must be completely flat.

If you do this, I think you'll find that there is no noise.  Again, I have eight of these holsters, installed correctly and none of them make any noise what-so-ever.

Yes.  I have eight of these holsters with a variety of manufacturer's weapons.  I speak from experience.  I have absolutely zero noise under any situation.  I couldn't make one of my vests or coats make noise even if I tried really hard and got creative about it (wrinkling on purpose, folding, brushing up against something, etc.)

The key is to make sure the mounting pad is absolutely flat with nothing behind it like a sleeve of a coat for example, when doing the holster attachment.
Then, make sure the holster is pre-adjusted to your firearm, then remove the firearm BEFORE attaching it.
Next, make sure you roll the holster slowly onto the pad, keeping it flat and avoiding ANY wrinkles that could lead to air pockets between the hgolster and the mounting pad.

If you follow these instructions, exactly, you won't have a noise issue.  Cut corners and you possibly could.
