Was looking for a thick and soft insole. 4* for the support. If you're looking for cushy this is not it.

I've been buying Hefeluxx insoles for almost all my shoes and my friends for the past 3 years now and was curious about the alternatives.I decided to try out the XINIFOOT 3 Pairs Shock Absorption Flexible Replacement and the and the XINIFOOT 3 Pairs Premium Comfort Shoe Replacement Insole. I’m 5’11 and 190 lbs and I tested these insoles with barefoot sneakers, Altra Running shoes, and Nike Air Force Ones.1: Hefe Luxx: these insoles are better in every category and actually has support in the toe box area unlike the other 2 insoles.2: Xinifoot Premium (the one with the gel basketball in the heel) Better heel support than the regular Xinifoot insoles and the toe box padding feels nicer. Would be nicer if it was a bit thicker and more dense. Overall okay and would recommend for now (haven't any other insoles yet) as a cheaper alternative to Hefe Luxx.3: Xinifoot Regular: Very squishy and not in a good way. I can feel my heels sink into the bottom of the shoes just from standing. Needs to be more dense or more thicker in order to support the heels. Okay toe box padding but has a really good arch support. I tried running in them but they kept hurting my feet so I ended up walking 3 miles instead. Only good for light walks. Can't recommend since I wouldn't even want to stand in these for long periods of time.

I prefer these to use in my hey dude shoes as the factory insoles bother me up by my toes. I took those out and slid these in “after cutting them to size” and let me tell you what a difference and so comfortable. Glad I purchased these and I would buy them again.

Very comfortable for my sensitive feet

Hey Dude insoles made my feet a bit hot, which is unusual for me. Took them out, replaced them with these. Bought the men’s version as women’s were too small. While I would not call them super-breathable, they are somewhat, and are absolutely better than what comes with the shoes. Price was in-line, so am using them for all my sporty shoes.

I bought these hoping they would provide some kind of support and comfort, but my feet began to hurt before two hours in to my workday. Zero cushion. I would have to buy another set with memory foam to put under these to be able to use them, so I think just going with another insert would be best.

Very good insoles. I needed them in my work boots and they fit and feel just fine. I hope they last and it seems like they will.
