Initially it looks overbearing as it has to be completely put together. However, the instructions are excellent and the whole thing goes together with just one Philips head screwdriver. At first I could not find the bottom board (A). I called Amazon and they sent me an entire new sink. Unfortunately I found board A just after they shipped the second sink and I could not cancel the replacement. So I built the sink with all the original pieces and it turned out great. It is a very attractive and functioning utility sink. We have had many complements on it. I then returned the replacement sink unopened. I recommend this sink very highly, it is efficient, reasonably priced and an attractive addition to your laundry room.

Extremely poor and no customer service on problems as they didn't respond to our message on problems we had. Only 1 instead of 2 screw holes on all 4 hinges on both side panels. Big gap between door as shown on picture. Had to modify floor panel and move middle back board as our plumbing comes from floor instead of back wall. On the positive side, we like the sink a lot and added accessories as shown. It is smaller than our previous cabinet but we made it work. The instructions were acceptable, but with our modifications it took a lot longer to put together. Unfortunately, the doors were last so we didn't return but would like new doors or refund on them.

For the price it is a very solid item. It is attractive, sounds construction and a complete package with stand, sink, drain, facet incuded. The instructions are very weak and you need previous knowledge or experience to assemble the item. But for the money it is solid

Amazon gets 5 stars, if I could give a negative star rating to Simplihome., I would. Simplihome "customer service" is a joke, it is solely designed to make the customer go away by an endless list of frustrating requests. Item box came with absolutely NO HARDWARE. After 9 email exchanges and multiple calls, and after sending them EVERYTHING they asked for, I am in an endless loop of "we are here for you, and our goal is complete customer satisfaction"........... Bla Bla Blah. The time wasted, and absolute frustration with dealing with a company that obviously haas no interest in helping the customer is stunning. After supplying multiple documented photos and multiple phone calls, the "customer service" people apparently have no authority to do anything, they keep repeating the mantra of how great their customer service is, yet won't make it right. It's always, "we need to escalate your case to a higher authority".... What a joke. 1 phone call to amazon and amazon replaced entire unit. I would NOT consider buying ANYTHING from Simplihome. I started my inquiry Feb 14 and still have no resolution from this company.

This utility sink is made very well. It looks great in our space and it was such a great deal. It was pretty easy to install but it doesn’t come with lines so be sure you pick those up before Installation day. It also looks very high quality. It’s not as deep As a standard utility tub but I think it will still serve it purpose quite well.

It was super easy to assemble the instructions are so clear I was able to install it and replace my old sink, the price is great. UPDATE: After hours of troubleshooting and following every installation step by the book, I discovered the faucet was DEFECTIVE out of the box. I flushed the lines, checked the valves, cleaned the aerator—everything. Still, barely any water came out. A professional confirmed the faucet itself was the problem. If you’re planning to spend money on a plumber, think twice—this faulty product could cost you more in labor than it’s worth. Extremely disappointed.

easy to assemble takes a couple hours.

Easy installation, sink is very thin metal & tinny. The arch faucet is ok but the clip is plastic that holds the faucet in place. This s why I rated this as 3 stars. You can find a better value than this cabinet & sink. For the price I would recommend going to Home Depot or Menards to buy a cabinet, sink & facet that’s more durable. I wouldn’t recommend this cabinet sink & faucet.
