Misleading Product, Poor Quality, and Difficult Return
I had a very disappointing experience with this product. • The item was delivered late and without packaging, covered in dirty fingerprints. • The color, material, and hardware were completely different from the description and photos. • The quality was extremely poor — stiff and uncomfortable. • When I requested a return, the seller refused to arrange pickup, insisting I pay 300–500 AED for shipping, which violates Amazon’s policy and UAE consumer laws. ⚠️ Warning: Avoid this product if you expect quality and hassle-free service.
