Bike repair stand
This is for my RV trailer. I used to use a small stand that supports the bike chainstay, and will allow you to turn the cranks while putting on chain oil. But beyond that it was too wobbly for doing any repairs, like brake bleeding or derailleur adjustment. I really wanted a repair stand, and I thought about putting one on the bumper or the tongue. This repair stand is good because it has good range of height adjustment, and a proper clamp head like on a floor repair stand. There are a few cheaper options like this one, but they lack adjustment or stability. I have a floor stand in my garage, but i'll get rid of that and get another one of these and put it on the workbench.

Simple, inexpensive, but effective.
I bought this a while ago but finally cleared enough space on my workbench to install it. I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. This unit is a fraction of the cost of free-standing bike stands and even less expensive than most bench-mounted versions. I think where the cost saving comes from is that many of the parts seem to be injection molded plastic rather than steel or aluminum. I'm okay with that since the plastic parts on this thing are beefy and strong and will undoubtedly last a long time and take serious abuse. Think Glock polymer, not LEGO styrene. I also like that the plastic and adequate rubber moldings will not mar or scratch the finishes on my bikes. It holds most of my bikes except my fat tire e-bike which is over 100 lbs but that's because my bench isn't heavy enough to counterbalance it. I think the bike vise would actually accommodate the weight. Another benefit is its ease of adjustment. It is easy to put the bike in various positions without a struggle and it tucks out of the way and folds up into a reasonably small footprint considering its stout size. So you won't be crying about lost tabletop space on your bench if you install it. Another option is installing it with carriage bolts instead of the wood screws it came with so you can remove it from the bench when not in use.

It clamps and holds well. It is strong enough for my ebike.
Works very well and though the rotation locking part is plastic, it is solid and strong for the work Iโve did done on my bicycle. Itโs an MTb converted to an ebike and heavy towards the rear. I set up a hoist to lift the bike to get it clamped in the repair stand.

Great Bench Mount Bike Clamp
Great bench clamp for MTB. It has been holding a M carbon MTB for about 2 weeks while I work on it and it hasnt slipped or loosened at all. Nice mechanisms all user friendly and easy to operate. The clamp itself is sturdy enough just make sure you attach it to something that wont flip when you load it up. All in all for the price it it well worth the money compared to other name brands.

Great for home repairs
I mounted this on a piece of 2x6 and clamped it to my workbench. It's just the right height to work on bikes. The seat post clamp is plastic but does the job for an occasional repair or adjustment. Considering the price (and the required floor space) of a full-size bike stand, this is a good alternative for someone like me. It is plenty sturdy and holds the bike well enough, but not particularly tight. It's plenty stable since it's clamped to my workbench. I like how the clamp is easily adjusted so it can hold the bike at the seat post or at the top tube (but that's a no-no).

Well built bike stand
I deducted 1 star because there is no locking stop for leveling it vertically or horizontally. It's a couple of degrees off either side of plumb and horizontal. Full disclosure: I'm using it for a forward facing sonar pole on my boat, otherwise it probably wouldn't matter.
