I like that it tastes great. It helped with digestion, which is great when you take pain meds like me. It boosts your immune system and also with focusing throughs and memories. Its helped a little bit in that area for me due to the fact that one of my meds affects my memory.

These taste awful and are kind of difficult to chew.

Got a bottle at Walmart about a year ago. Forgot to take them and started taking them again. It needed more this product gives me energy clarity. Peace helps with my joints. I would highly recommend it.
