I spray it down with my garden hose and lay over my fence to dry. their customer service is FABULOUS!!!! I bought both a set with the floor and another with the top. I had troubles with the top. They wrote to me sending me tips on how to install it and were patient with me as I had covid and no energy to try their tips. When I did it works great! **Q: Does the bottom pad fit in the “cuboid” configuration?** A: No, it fits along the bottom and outside the cage. I had to find and use zipties.** A: All of the panels should have come already connected except for the door section. It should have 3 dog leash style clips that you use to secure door section to last panel. I would highly recommend having two people install the top and bottom. I did it myself, but it was tedious and cumbersome trying to undo the velcro, feed it through the fencing and then fasten it securely. At times, I was inside the pen. The quality of the material on the top cover seems quite durable. The bottom pad is durable, waterproof and easily wipes clean. We have a 7 month old English Cocker Spaniel who is about 20 pounds. He fits nicely in the pen and has plenty of room for walking around even with his bed, toys, food and water enclosed. We're quite happy so far. Our only concern (minor) is the three clips that came with the pen to secure the two ends together. They seem like a poor choice. They're too big, yet poor quality, and don't seem like they were intended for this product. (Maybe I'm doing it wrong?)
